Community rules
How the forum works
PropŞikayet is an independent user forum. It is not affiliated with any prop firm, broker, bank or platform and does not speak on their behalf. Submissions are the statements of the members who write them.
Accounts and age
Only verified accounts may submit complaints, rule reports, comments or “same experience” confirmations. When creating an account, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement applicable to you.
Allowed content
Share concrete experiences based on your own use, including dates, process and outcome: delayed payouts, account closures, support experiences or rule changes. Separate verifiable facts from personal opinion.
Prohibited content
Do not publish personal data, account numbers, passwords, private correspondence, confidential documents, threats, harassment, targeting or unverified criminal accusations. Mask identifying details before uploading evidence.
Evidence and screenshots
Evidence should provide context for the report. Do not upload full account statements or another person’s data. Hide names, email addresses, usernames, account numbers, QR codes and barcodes before uploading.
Review and right to respond
New records enter a review queue. Moderation checks privacy risks, clearly unlawful material, unsupported allegations and misleading presentation. Verified firm accounts may add a response; a response does not automatically remove or validate the complaint.
