This summary is calculated only from published community records. “Insufficient data” is not a positive or negative judgment; it means that a reliable sample has not formed yet.

How it works

A record takes three steps.

  1. Write about your experience. Choose the firm or platform, select a category (payout, account closure, rule change…) and add screenshots.
  2. It goes into review. Pre-publication checks remove personal data and unsupported allegations; approved records enter the community feed.
  3. The status stays visible. If the issue is resolved, the record is not deleted; it is marked “Resolved” and its history stays visible.

A free account is enough to submit a record, comment or confirm the same experience.

Guide

What to do about payout and prop firm issues

My payout request is delayed

First check the payment schedule and account rules published by the firm. Contact support with your ticket number and note the response time. If the delay exceeds the contractual period, share a record with screenshots here so others can see whether it reflects a wider pattern.

I noticed a rule change

Firms can change rules over time even when they were set out at the start of the contract. Report the changed clause as a “Rule change” with screenshots of the old and new versions. Once verified by the community and administrators, it appears on the firm page as a dated notice.

My account was closed without an explanation

Keep the closure notice, any alleged rule breach and support correspondence. Create a record after hiding personal details in your evidence, such as names, account numbers and QR codes. As more people report the same issue, it becomes clearer whether it is an isolated event or a pattern.

What happens if the firm responds?

Verified firm accounts can add a response to records. The response is added to the record timeline; the complaint is not removed, and it is marked “Resolved” if a solution is reported. This keeps both the claim and the response in one place.

This is general information, not investment advice, legal advice or an endorsement. For details, read the community rules and the risk warning read.

Principle

The history is not deleted; only the status changes.

When a user receives payment, the original complaint remains visible and moves to Resolved. Both the solution and the pattern of problems can be tracked over time.
